Child Safety: From 6 Months to 1 Year

Every year in the USA, hundreds of children under the age of one die from injuries, many of which could have been avoided. Kids often get hurt because parents simply don’t realize what their little ones are capable of. Babies learn very quickly and, to parents’ surprise, begin to roll over, crawl, sit up, and stand on their own. A child may climb onto chairs and sofas before they’ve even learned to walk, or they might start to walk with support much sooner than parents anticipated. Naturally, the little one will try to reach and grab everything they couldn’t reach before.
